i am so used to one way. and when you find out there is another way, a better way, it still takes you awhile to completely trust it. to make sure it is. to make sure it exists. to find that is the case. to accept. i hadn’t planned or thought this process was going to take so long. and during it all i still dubiously wonder when i will inevitably take him for granted.
